At Neehar, every shirt is carefully quality-checked before dispatch to ensure you receive a product that meets our standards of craftsmanship and finish.

🔁 Returns & Exchange Policy

We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.

✅ Exchange Eligibility (Size Issues Only)

We offer a 7-day size exchange from the date of delivery, subject to:

Note: Exchange is allowed only once per order. If the requested size is unavailable, refund will be offered.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
    • Original tags must be intact
    • Product must be returned in original packaging
    • No perfume, stains, deodorant marks, or alterations

Products failing quality inspection will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

❌ Returns

We do not encourage returns unless there is:

  • A manufacturing defect
    • A damaged product received
    • Incorrect item shipped

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof.

Without unboxing video evidence, claims may not be accepted.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed after quality inspection.

❌ ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  Return is not applicable for:

  • Slight colour variation due to lighting or screen display
  • Customer change of mind
  • Used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or special discount products (if mentioned) or Sale items not eligible for return.

🔁 RETURN PROCESS

Step 1:

Contact us on email with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos or video of the product

Step 2:

Our team will verify and approve within 24 hours.

Step 3:

Return pickup will be arranged or return address will be shared.

Step 4:

After inspection, exchange or refund will be processed as per policy.

💳 Refund modes:

  • Prepaid orders: Amount refunded to original payment method within 5–7 working days
  • COD orders: Refund will be processed via UPI/Bank transfer after product inspection.

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
    • Delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days depending on location.
    • Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email once shipped.

Please ensure accurate address and contact details at checkout to avoid delays.

Neehar is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information or courier service disruptions.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To maintain fairness and reduce misuse:

  • COD is available only on eligible pin codes
    • A nominal confirmation call or SMS verification may be required
    • Orders may be cancelled if verification fails.

Important:

Repeated COD order rejections may lead to COD being disabled for that customer.

Customers who refuse delivery without valid reason may be restricted from future COD orders.

We encourage prepaid orders for faster processing and priority dispatch.

📦📦 COMBO ORDERS

For combo purchases:

  • Partial return is not allowed
  • Entire combo must be returned
  • Refund or exchange will be processed for full set only

Customers choosing prepaid orders get:

  • Faster dispatch
  • Priority support
  • Lower chances of cancellation

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund , first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

❌ Cancellation Policy

🕒 Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled before shipping.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

🚚 Orders Already Shipped

If the order has already been shipped:

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted
    • Customers may request an exchange as per our Exchange Policy (if eligible)

Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

If cancellation is approved:

  • Prepaid orders – Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • COD orders – No refund is applicable as no payment has been collected.
